Complete Facilities has over 80 years of experience delivering commercial and domestic services in Jersey. With an enthusiastic, expert team of over 110 full and part-time trained professionals, a large vehicle fleet and offices in St Saviour providing 24 hour on call service. We’ve been offering comprehensive solutions for businesses, including commercial cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, alarm maintenance, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, water testing, and secure archiving/shredding. Locally rooted, community driven. We keep money circulating within the island, support local initiatives, and prioritise environmental sustainability. As Eco Active leaders, our services reflect this ethos, ensuring every action aligns with our commitment to the community and the environment

Where we came from

We’re an amalgamation of several small companies brought together by Founder, Martin Mundy. Martin started off many years ago with a company called MM Fire Alarms. This later turned into 2M, after this he started up an electrical consultancy company. After this he merged with St Clements Supplies, Jersey Office Carpet Cleaning… From there he established every service we now offer today and we call ourselves Complete Facilities ltd.

Where we ARE NOW

Today, Complete Facilities is owned by Reconvene Partners, led by Tom O’Connor and Natasha Reeve-Gray, who share our vision for growth and sustainability. Their investment marks an exciting new chapter as we build on Martin’s legacy and the strong foundations already in place. With their support, we are expanding our services, strengthening client relationships, and continuing to grow as Jersey’s trusted facilities partner.
