The warehouses have had brand new water tight roofing and the Document Archive Storage area has been designed by a specialist in racking systems. The storage area will comfortably accommodate in excess of 40,000 archive boxes and the system is designed for easy accessibility with new Scissor Lift.
Complete Facilities has worked with GDPR practitioners regarding deep archive storage systems and policies required including the legally required retention periods.
Complete Facilities have 30 vehicles (range of tail lift and transit) with at any time between 130 – 150 employees and therefore, very able to facilitate a slick and timely retrieval and collection of boxes.

Delivery and Pickup
If you decide to work with Complete Facilities, we will arrange all transport of your secure documents to and from the archiving facility. As an add on we can also bring the box you need straight to your office, and then return it when you need.
In building for the future of archiving and the requirement for scanning of documents, Complete Facilities have built a working office space for the reconciliation of archive documents, a scanning suite together with breakout area with fully fitted kitchen and toilet facilities – all within the secure environment.
The security is at the highest level taking on board the new regulations with GDPR, the client will also have the ability to remote in to see through the CCTV cameras.
Every access is secured with fob entry system which is monitored constantly and only designated staff can gain entry to secure areas. Furthermore CCTV is installed throughout CFL and the managers have constant visual from desk top monitors, everything is also recorded and backed up.
We offer a secure shredding service for your archived documents to destroy them swiftly and securely when required.
