It’s our 10-year Anniversary! The time has flown by and with all of our fantastic clients and our brilliant team, the time has flown by. It really doesn’t feel like 10 years have passed—what a milestone for us.

Complete Facilities ltd was registered in 2012 by Martin our founder and chairman. The company was formed through an amalgamation of companies. It all started with MM Fire Alarms which later turned into 2M Electrical after this Martin started an electrical consultancy company called Security Direct. In 2012 Martin brought these companies together with St Clements Supplies, and Jersey Office Carpet Cleaning. From there he established every service we now offer today and we call ourselves Complete Facilities.
Over the years we’ve offered you first aid, gardening, plumbing, electrical, alarms, and security, and in later years established a secure archiving facility along with shredding.
Between 2012-2017 we were based at First Tower.
In 2016 we sponsored our first JEP Pride of Jersey Awards category – Teacher of the Year. In 2017, 2018, and 2019 we continued our sponsorship which brought us great pleasure to celebrate our local superstar teachers.
It was 2017 when we moved to our new premises in Rue de Pres where our purpose-built HQ came to life.
In 2020 we switched from sponsoring Pride of Jersey and took on a new sponsorship with the Resilience Development Company helping them deliver 12 key resilience skills in schools. We chose to sponsor Le Rocquier School where we felt we could impact the most students. 2020 was certainly a year where we felt resilience was needed!
In 2020 – 2021 our amazing team continued to work as an essential business through covid. Our staff made us so proud.
In 2021 Mike Thompson became our new CEO with Martin taking the role of Chairman.
Finally this year we’re delighted to be celebrating our 10th year.
